Only in the most oppressive regimes in history is the level of violence, lies and abuse presented by US officers and courts tolerated! The acts of our public officials are unfit for a free people.
I left home because I refuse to be forced to unlock my phone for a prosecutor, and I don’t consent to a kangaroo trial. But more than that. I’ve been an activist for years, but not because I wanted to be. I had a good business and a good life before that started. I spoke up because things needed to be said and many of my video have exposed corruption in my now Grant County. Some people don’t like my approach and that’s their right. But we’re nation founded by men bolder than myself who said they would not tolerate tyranny and warned us to remain bold. I was raised to stand up for the abused and to speak out against bullies. I even remember Ephrata officers helping me do that. How times have changed.
The abuse and murder of those who live free and speak the truth is a theme for our government.
From the natives, cop watchers and investigative journalists, to peaceful retirees like the Browns. From Ranchers like the Bundy’s and good men like Schaffer Cox, to and the blood of a cowboy in the snow. Babies stolen from their mothers arms, the dying screams of children in the Waco Massacre, Randy Weavers porch covered in the blood of his wife at Ruby Ridge. All at the tender ministrations of people calling themselves the law who to this day are not been held accountable. This is not the USA and I will not tolerate it.
The people in Mexico are generally far more friendly than in the US
Maybe it’s the pretty veneer that has grown over our quiet communities and we’ve failed to see the rising authoritarian hand of a government that demands we do as we’re we’re told. No patriotic American should consent to living that way. I’m doing in the streets what journalists used to do as a matter of course. But for years now I’ve been treated to threats, my family has been mocked and officials have harassed, assaulted and violated my rights on camera. All because I said they were wrong and told tens of millions of people about it. Never have I done the same to them as they did me, because I while perhaps bold, I am always a man of peace.
Patrick Canady broke the law when he arrested me without probable cause. He broke the law when he lied in his police report about past interactions with me, particularly where he stated regarding a video I made on 12/18/14 that, “At one time Seim gives me an ultimatum to to stop doing what I’m doing or else.” The video of that account proves his word false. His entire case was based on his feelings, not law. He was angry because I was not afraid to tell him and the world what I believe we are becoming.
At no point did I harass or obstruct, yet when I first appeared in court on Sept 13th 2017, judge Janis Whitenermoberg tried to skip past the probable cause hearing which is required under the Constitutions and CrRLJ RULE 3.2.1. I pressed for it anyways and neither the prosecutor nor the judge were able to articulate probable cause. I when I tried to state my case, the judge prevented me, leaving the courtroom without addressing the total lack of probable cause.
During the next hearing a pro-tem judge by the name of Mark Chmelewski was brought in. The blatant ignoring of my legal arguments continued. The prosecution admitted they had no evidence as they suggested they were unsure know how to proceed without being able to access video on my phone. This alone was evidence that there was never probable cause at all. This phone they presumably wanted, for a video that would already be released had that phone not been taken without a legal warrant. The judge even told me open court that I would not be forced to give them access.
I will not unlock my phone for the goverment!
A computer is your privacy, like the thought or a diary in a family safe. A government official has the right to demand we give them access to it anymore than they have a right to demand a journalist’s confidential sources. No there’s nothing terrible, incriminating or illegal on my phone. But it’s mine and people need to stop believing we should co-operate with officers and prosecutors who bring malicious charges and bully defendants so they can violate due process without fear. This is happening in our courts. These prosecutors are not arguing law, they are using lies, force and committing crimes, to win!
I was arrested for filming a cop this Fall because I told him he was a crook and he got angry that I keep calling out him and his buddies. It’s not the first time I’ve been arrested for defending my rights, but what followed was a pattern of a goverment corruption that I’ve too many times. And I decided to do something about it.
I’m being asked to stand before a judge who neither defends my rights or even knows the court rules as well as the pro-se defendant standing before him. Grant County has expended of taxpayer dollars over an man filming an officer. In recorded interviews from discovery, Prosecutor Dano himself is manipulating the testimony of witnesses to create his own narrative. Prosecutor Marc Fedorak files motions raising years of peaceful activism I have done, in which he intentionally leaves out critical details on events such as the video Officer Canady lied about; all so he can paint the picture he wants. To win!
Walking in the town Centro with the family. Centro is a town square where people gather to actually interact.
I’m not running from law or justice… These officials have nothing to do with that. They are engaged in a criminal conspiracy to create evidence and a case where none exists. A conspiracy to silence the truth speakers. Those are felony offenses under 18 USC 241 and 242 and judges today don’t care, because the they are no longer held accountable. So when this court tolerated the consideration of me being forced under threats by give them access to my devices, enough was enough. If I believed due process was could occur, I would have no problem taking this to trial because I know I committed no crime. But then if there was due process, the charges would already be thrown out. I’m considering my legal options and the court has my motions for dismissal on their table.
Grant County courts violated the law at every step of this case and I don’t need to argue before an illegal court to prove that my 1st amendment right exists. I live in a country where police try to murder Journalists like Jeff Weinhaus and lock them in prison when they fail to die. I choose not to willingly become the next journalist in prison, or activist dancing from a rope in a prison cell because of trumped in charges, illegal proceedings and unprincipled prosecutors. God help me. No one should have to prove their innocence, but that’s what our courts have become.
Never let a person who won’t serve beside you on the front lines tell you how you should fight the battle.
No one should have to argue that their rights are their own; but in the USA we are compelled to do so at the point of gun. That’s criminal and we’re neither giving up or breaking the law by declining to participate; we’re refusing to surrender our rights. Jesus taught us to leave behind cities persecute us. Our founders taught us to walk away from tyrants. Our common sense says, why am I still here! Courage is not surrendering to a tyrant or agreeing playing the game their way. Courage is being afraid and still saying I WILL NOT COMPLY!
Why leave home over a phone? Because I refuse to love as a slave. How long will I be gone and what happens next? I can’t say. Truth demands a great price, but it also sets us free. The people of Mexico have more freedom than the people of the USA and that feels good. But in the end it’s not really about a phone, it’s about liberty and the God given rights we share as human beings. The officials in Grant County think they can rule over our those. I choose to be the man who says no more. For my safety, for my family’s safety and as an example to my people. I will not comply.

Independence day is not about what American politicians want you to think. At the beginning of America we were all British. The redcoats were not an invading army, they were our people, or officers and our solders. But instead of blindly praising them as heroes or of saying they just doing their job and it was not their fault, out founding fathers killed them for their crimes against human rights.
Look at both sides.
We’re all human beings and we’re looking down the barrel of angry revolution. We have loyalists, rebels and lots of people who just want it to go away. The argument for enforcement is always safety. This is something we can agree on and it was no doubt the argument in 1770. But is the blue line saftey? — “What do you suggest beside law enforcement” people ask me. — My answer is that I want real law enforcement instead of the Sheriff of Nottingham doing as he pleases. — “Who will stop the rapists” they say. — My honest answer is that often the officers are the rapists and the judge will be the one protecting the from justice.
Not one sheriff in America will honor their oath. Not one will stop the prosecutors or judges, or the illegal federal arrests of their people, or the denials of due process. Not one of the blue line will defend the law or our rights and most will actually take part in violating them. Just as the Redcoats, there are some better and some worse. They are still human. Still, cowardly and violent law keepers are not law and order. Do we crave a tyrant simply because we are afraid we cannot find a honorable officer. I say we stop the tyrant first and from that courage good officers will arise.
What of the Revolution?
These acts did not happen overnight. Our founding fathers started slow. They shouted, they disobeyed, they threw rocks and destroyed goverment property, blocked roads and threw tea. When all else failed they exercised their right to self defense en-masse.
Our blue line and the government they serve is worse than the redcoats. Our bluecoats summarily kills more Americans in a year that the redcoats did in a decade. Our founders would have acted long ago to stop the terror and violence of Americas enforcers; this should be a sobering reminder for those who dawn the uniform. No matter how much people like myself plead for peace, people will eventually stop tolerating your actions.
Do we seek violence? We seek to avoid it! We are in a different time and peoples independence and honor is less. We have sold people tyranny as freedom and taught them to be dependent on goverment. Tyranny has rooted so much deeper than in did in the years leading up to the American revolution, but the people are more unstable than ever. Bloodshed is the natural eventuality of abuse and if our goverment continues, violence will come. But as it stands it will not be that principled seeking liberty that we read about in history books. If we have war now it will be an ugly French Revolution, multiplied with the weight of powerful weapons and angry hungry mobs.
Find every reason NOT TO KILL!
We need a change of our hearts. Peace starts no more by sending letters begging for justice than it does by rushing to war. Start with powerful words and disobedience to tyrants. Build a forest of peaceful resistance to clog up the gears of tyranny. Kill the idea of corrupt police as lawful authority we must obey. Our rights are the law and we establish those by exercising them as we shame their abuses.
We want the foot solder of tyranny to stop showing up for work because it’s not worth it. Tyranny evaporates without it’s collectors and enforcers. Let the treasonous goverment and it’s officers be warned. You are not the heroes and despite my calls for peace you will be judged and your abuse in the name of saftey will eventually cost you everything. If not before an angry army, then before God.
Defense is our right; but only the foolish cheer violence rather than resist for peace. This is seen every coward who refuses to stand now, but speaks with eagerness of the war that is coming, as if then they will be brave on that day, as if they are waiting for war because the rest is now worth their time. Hearts like these will no more save freedom than the blue line.
The hardest revolution to win in the one in our hearts and minds. If we win that, blood can be spared. Freedom starts in with us, in shaming evil, in preventing our children from being taught lies and in teaching a generation how to to be brave and how to love their neighbor as themselves.
Let us be peacemakers and indulge with great restraint the idea that violence will set us free. — Gav
Only goverment can treat customers this way and stay in business; because their business runs at the point of gun.
In a way this video is a test to see who is awake and who is not. The slaves will watch this video and blame me despite my calm behavior and reasonable requests. To them our duty is always blind complacence. The awake will understand the words coming out of my mouth and see that their local courthouse is a den of criminal activity; the largest enclave on crime, abuse, trafficking and robbery in your community.
In Washington the people passed a law that said we were not to be charged more than $30 for the tags that should not exist in the first place. Our goverment even ignored that command and Laurie helps enforce that violation. She’s been here for years and she’s passive aggressive nice, so long as you don’t question her.
Her hostility was immediate, she knew me. But when I casually mentioned that I was being extorted she lost it. People that rob others for a living should always be reminded of the nature of the business they are in. The real problem was not that,, it was that Laurie hates me. He buddies in this building have illegal detained, illegally searched and even assaulted me for asking questions. I’ll add a few of those videos below. It’s not that I cause problems that is the problem, its I stand up to problems.
I will be accused of being rude, disruptive or talking to the wrong person. All of these things are so clearly false to anyone who has seen the video that I won’t not even make a defense for that. We have to speak to the foot solder of tyranny. We have to remind them who they have become. More importantly we have to make conversations that show people that it’s OK to speak up themselves.
I was charged 13 fees. I was told about 4 of them. They are intentionally withholding these charges from their victims.
We the people passed a law that tags could not be more than $30. So the cronies of Washington State did this.
In any business asking for money you have the right to see an itemized list of your charges, not to have them halfway rattled on in grumpy tones by the angry lady at the counter. There is a real need for me to review every item as they often add extra fees and even fees that you have have to opt out in. The final item list reveals why they were hiding it. By saying their computer has no way to show the list, they prevent customer from knowing the fees until AFTER payment.
Some will say I failed because I pay the fees and licensing at all. They claim that driving is a right. That part is correct. But choosing that hill to die on makes it so we cannot effectively defend those in greatest peril. Thing is I’m not fighting for myself and my wallet. I understand and agree with the sentiment of refusing permits and have refused many myself. Just weigh the scales. Imagine if the hero’s who recused families from the blade of the guillotine or who sneaked victims of the Holocaust out of Germany has been focusing entirely on refusing to carry papers. It was not that they supported such tyranny, but they had bigger battles.
The vehicle permit is lawless; but it’s battle that should have occurred 50 years ago. Today we have even worse tyranny’s that take priority. We have people dying and being locked in concentration camps. The ability to travel thru occupied America to those in need without giving tyrants easy means to arrest and impound us is more important. I often see the battle over drivers licenses become battle of ego and self for those fighting it, rather than a battle over the freedom of those be hauled away beside us. A man can fight only few battles at once, he must choose carefully.
I did not go into the courthouse for a video. The arrogant people that work there created this story because they believe they are above you. So I went outside and recorded my thoughts to share why it’s important that we all stand up and use our voice on the little things. Setup, conflict created by tyrants, resolution created by us.
What if John Adams and General Washington had listened to those who said that if he did not like the British rule he should leave the colonies? Only we can make the abuse of goverment shameful, only we can show people it’s OK to stand up, only we can show principle and boldness but our example.
The place of change is not in lawless courts or at politicians desks but in the heart and looking in the eyes of enforcers and collectors. Only when the minions of tyranny are ashamed, when it’s not worth the burden anymore, only then will they refuse to bear it up and let it crumble into liberty.
Last summer as we came into Phoenix for for an event and found a horde of police clogging the highway. At first we were concerned it was a checkpoint because those are sometimes tolerated in Arizona, a state who’s leaders try to sell their values as republican or even Constitutional when nothing could be further from the truth.
It turns out all these cops are harassing a car of teenagers. As often happens we happened to be there at that moment, so we did our job as good neighbors and stopped to oversee and let the officers know we were not OK with their tactics. Wait until you see what this was all about.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio has now been ousted from office for his complete disrespect of law. But the problem is another tyrant who violates the Constitution has simply been inserted. Until we stand up our families will continue to be abused and locked in for profit prisons like so many good people across the nation.
Good cops stop the bad ones. Good cops stop kangaroo courts. Goods cops do not extort. We don’t have any good cops left and it’s time to stop pretending. We don’t understand the power our voice has. When we stand up to blue line syndicate, tell them to stop, ask them questions and be firm. Yes when we stand up and speak the truth, the lie of the tyranny runs and hides like a pack of cockroaches.
If you’re still defending the police, you are not defending liberty. Stop pretending that silence is love or courage. Pretend politeness has destroyed truth in America. Bullies and thieves should be called out for what they are. Stop making excuses; stop letting them think they are the good guys.
There was no accountability for the assassins who murdered LaVoy Finnucum. The court would not even release their names as his own were prosecuted in those courts that seem as far from America as the east is from the west. What can we say to ease their pain, it will never be enough. We can only take action to honor them.
On the evening of January 26 the call came in..
Oregon State police had ambushed the patriots in Oregon. In my soul I felt it coming as I hoped I was wrong. When the call came from the ground we went to work, knowing only a few details but knowing blood had been spoiled and the rest were in danger. I remember us making the first graphic that we shared on the internet to bring attention to what had happened. Within minutes the message was spreading across the globe.
LaVoy was gone. Just a few days earlier I had spoken with this man the phone. We talked about the message and how to help America understand what the protests in Oregon were about. It was then we came up with the phrase Liberty Revolution and that was what LaVoy wanted to go with. Like Ammon and his family, I was struck by this man’s gentleness and fire. He was not promoting faction, or parties. It was was no nonsense prpcipled confidence. That message was unstoppable.
So they murdered him in cold blood and I watched LaVoy lay down his life for his friends. Frame by frame, over and over again. With LaVoy murdered and the rest in cages my family and I had little input, we felt a bit lost. But went to work to straighten the narrative and refute the blatant lies the goverment was putting out. We made message after message as people on the left said things like, “He had a gun, he lunged, and he wanted to die.” I was realized these were same excuses the right used when “the other side’s” people were killed by goverment in the streets. Had hate divided us so much that police being judge, jury and executioner is acceptable as long as it was our rivals lying in the pool of blood?
In the last year I have watched in confusion as many holding his symbol defend the very system of justice that killd him. Anger directed against those who stand against the injustice and it’s enforcers. Against those who refuse to pretend that the system is mostly good. How could a faction of officers that murder on the roadside and their friends who hold America’s finest in cages on false charges, be the good guys? How can the ones who refuse to stand up to them be good guys. How can we be the good guys if we do not oppose that system?
We saw the family of a man who served his country and his people go to work with his message in their hands. We saw their tears and cried with them. We saw the hearts that he touched and the people who opened their eyes because of it. Many came to understand that the enemies of freedom are those that attack it, even if they say they protect us. But the progress was slow, like dragging a lead boat through an ocean of cold mud.
In the last year I have gone from loved to hated and back a few times. In that time our police killed 1151 more on on own soil. I have laid awake and examined myself and my actions in prayer and study, wishing I could sit and reason with a man like LaVoy to confirm those thoughts.
I came to know that many wave a flag, but few know or care what it means. Some days I feel like LaVoy passed go and collected two hundred dollars because we’re still standing stuck in the mud and asking, what are the people to do? Faction and party is not what matters. People are. Opening hearts to truth one at a time. Setting aside frustration and hate; it’s not easy. It’s hard to not be frustrated with those who cannot see what is dividing us.
Some have mistakenly turned LaVoy’s death into us versus them. They believe we can win by opposing a mostly allied army, instead of the invading traitors. In America, police block roads, demand our papers and are called heroes. But protestors block a road and we say they should be run over with a truck or put in prison. Our hearts and minds are out of balance when we are consumed by hate and divided by faction. We are a house divided.
LaVoy held unity. What was unique about him is that he did not make the fight about his faction. It was a fight for the liberty of all people. That message is powerful and that’s why they killed him. I remember that if this man can give everything knowing it is not in vain, that the stand is worth it.
If a man like LaVoy can patiently turn the world upside down with tenderness and love for his neighbor, so can we. We can’t do it with timidity, but we also cannot do it with hate.
LaVoy is my veteran. I wished I could have gotten to know this man better. But he taught us that we can have passion and be kind. We can fight and also heal. We can divide from hate while uniting with love. I learned that humble men are the best of us and that those demanding to be honored are destroyers. I have learned that our character matters. That we should always examine ourselves in the mirror of God’s pure liberty.
The government and those who serve them hated LaVoy because he was everything they were not. He represented the law and justice that police only say they defend. He represented the truths that politicians refuse to tell. He represented the sacrifice that people who do not love their neighbors do not exhibit. These words are hard. But without challenges we can never grow strong.
It’s been a long year. We’ve fought hard and had fewer victories than we would like. But our appeal it to heaven itself and the day of accountability is coming soon.
Our resolve must continue. We live in a nation with cages filled with the innocent, while traitors preside over their trials. We must speak the truth in love. We defend justice for all, or not at all. We can never become the lynch mob. We can never become them, denying them abusers the due process they have denied us. But we must see the enemy at the gate and be willing to speak up, stand up and tear down the walls. Finally in all the dispute and anger that comes from a bold stand we must be slow to anger and quick to forgive.
In memory of LaVoy Finicum, 01/26/16. We have not forgotten. Humble men like this make the greatest hero’s.
This is the story of Martial law that’s already happening in America. If you’re like me you avoid crying, but that won’t happen today. It’s going to take some courage to listen to this letter from Schaeffer Cox, a man who is locked away in one of Americas most illegal secret prisons. This story represents the deepest wounds of our nation and reveals just how ignorant we have become of the machination of goverment.
From the cells of the Bundy Ranch leaders to the dark halls of Marion and the red blood of our neighbors flowing into the dirt; the weight of what is called justice and what men with badges are allowed to do to other human beings will wash away the pageantry of fake heroism and uniforms and that we pretend keeps us safe.
Americas greatest heroes are those our Sheriffs refuse to defend. These are the people that your politicians ignore even as they tell you justice is their chief concern. These are the people America has forgotten because the truth is too uncomfortable. This is how bad it is and you need to know.
This is the story of political prison Schaeffer Cox. A man who never committed a crime and was locked away in prison for 30 years. This is the story of him seeing his children in a prison room for the first time in 4 years. You can donate Schaeffer to here.
