Where-ever law ends, tyranny begins, if the law be transgressed to another’s harm; and whosoever in authority exceeds the power given him by the law, and makes use of the force he has under his command, to compass that upon the subject, which the law allows not, ceases in that to be a magistrate; and, acting without authority, may be opposed, as any other man, who by force invades the right of another. — John Locke, Second Treatise.

Some have thought that unjust attacks, even upon life or property, at the arbitrary will of the magistrate, are less dangerous to the commonwealth than such as are made upon the personal liberty of the subject. To bereave a man of life, or by violence to confiscate his estate, without accusation or trial, would be so gross and notorious an act of despotism, as must at once convey the alarm of tyranny throughout the whole kingdom; but confinement of the person, by secretly hurrying him to jail, where his sufferings are unknown or forgotten, is a less public, a less striking, and therefore a more dangerous engine of arbitrary government.” – William Blackstone, 1753.

No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the Constitution, can be valid. To deny this, would be to affirm, that the deputy is greater than his principal; that the servant is above his master; that the representatives of the people are superior to the people themselves; that men acting by virtue of powers, may do not only what their powers do not authorize, but what they forbid” – Alexander Hamilton, Federalist #78

“It ought to be commemorated as the day of deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires, and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forever more.” — John Adams, Speaking of Independence day. July 3rd 1776

Question and challenge government all the time Otherwise they will trample you every time.

Being a veteran does not mean you served liberty! — You’re not one bit more qualified to speak on liberty than others simply because you’re a Marine. Your following orders in the Navy puts you in no class above your countryman. You’re no hero because you served in the Army and your words do not have more authouty because you were in the Guard. All who defend liberty and justice are the true veterans of these shores.

You are a fellow American. You either defend liberty or you do not. I do not regard your position nor respect your person because of your job. I honor your principle and actions alone and any man who does otherwise is

Many will take this the wrong way of course. But to affirm else would be opposing liberty, supporting classes and dishonoring those veterans and civilians who truly defended liberty; for whom I have highest regard.

That one must to pay government for property they bought & paid for in order to keep it from being stolen from them is unrestrained tyranny.

The term hate speech has no place a free society. You cannot allow one persons speech and ban anther’s because it contains hate. The moment you do, all someone need do is call your speech hateful and you too can be silenced.

The label of hate crime is a folly akin to thought crime – It demonizes the base intents of the mind rather than the actions of the man. A crime is simply a crime. Reason and justice must always treat is as as such.

If someone takes pictures of your children naked it’s a crime. If the TSA does it and its called security. Anyone have a problem with that?

“Wise men separate men in government from running their faith – Fools separate men who have faith from running their government.”

The job of the Supreme Court is NOT to define our rights, but to uphold them 100%.

The Constitution “gives” us nothing – It is the law WE the people placed on government to protect liberty and only does so if we enforce it.

Only someone with a fundamental disrespect for others works to keep races divided, poor dependent on social programs and the sick looking to government. The foundation of America is values, limited government and independence. It’s time we returned to those ideas.

Do we give a child who ignores responsibility a still greater task? Perhaps we children of America should show ourselves responsible enough to enforce the law we laid on government, before we assume ourselves wise enough to pen it’s words anew.

Liberty representatives are those who stand principled for liberty and justice. Not those who make it’s promises while in the secret closet. If one will not preach liberty and truth from the rooftops, they are not qualified to represent our republic.

Let is is pray the smallest remnant is enough. The church that cries for revival has not itself submitted to Christ. — God will you have mercy on this land for a few hundred righteous?

One mans lack of faith should never pressure others into being silent about their own. Holding God as the source of liberty rests at the foundation of America, but in no way does it diminish the natural rights of those who do not. Leaving it out however, limits the source of authority for thoe that believe. To remove the Creator from liberty divides the cause. Those who maintain liberty by it’s definition, affirm it for men of all beliefs.

Stand the principled tenacious minority, never swayed by the winds, defending liberty against all odds.

Taking tyranny head on, calling corruptions name aloud and shouting liberty from the rooftops is only questionable in an empire of lies – So long as such actions are called radical, we must continue.

“Two things I know work: Getting on my knees before God, and standing boldy on my feet before government.

To the cowards and haters of liberty. Let your names fade into the night. Let our posterity never say, these were men to emulate. Let the just know that your approval is NOT needed and that your willingness to be trampled defines insanity for those with courage to stand principled for liberty.

When courts affirm what is neither right, nor law, but lawless and in opposition to the rule of supreme law which the people bound on them; they cease to be judges or Supreme and immediately become criminals. Such rulings must be regarded as the ravings of a drunkard.

“Tyranny will never cease until WE THE PEOPLE have the principle to affirm that the unlawful suffering of our neighbor, is as evil as if it were us!

To the non believers. You have the right to choose and I stand up for that each day. But STOP being defensive and stop trying to shove your non-belief down my throat. Just stand up for liberty.

“The 4th amendment represents so much more than being searched without cause. It’s freedom versus slavery! It’s the absolute sovereignty of one’s person AND property. The instant we allow government OR courts to “interpret” rather than uphold these truths, the people become slaves.”

Being a leader doesn’t mean you go along with the “the leadership”. It’s means you do what’s right regardless of what anyone wants or thinks.

“There are no gay rights, women’s rights, male rights, black rights, or politicians rights. There are HUMAN RIGHTS, because all men were created equal. Equal, just, principled liberty.”

“The greatest power of man cannot overcome the smallest act of God; yet the the smallest act of God can overcome mans greatest power.”

“Americas idea of contempt of court is contemptible! We have not only right, but duty to hold contempt for injustice. When judges claim authority to lock up citizens because they did not honor them, or because they challenge injustice; you do not have a court of law, you have a house of tyrant lords.”

“Separation of Church & State DOES NOT EXIST in the US Constitution. — Our Constitution was written so that government could not REGULATE religion; NOT so that Godly values could not regulate government”

“I am not divided with liberty for speaking of Christ. YOU are divided when you hate those who do. —– You cannot oppose God and revile those speaking truth in his name and also stand for liberty.”

You cannot reason truth with one who rejects the existence of God; for such a man has already rejected truth and reason.

You are not a hero because of your patch, your associations mean little to me; obeying orders will not earn my respect and your uniform does not impress me. I do not honor faction; but courage and principle alone. Whether in the corps, or as civilians on the ground; I honor those who serve what America once stood for; lifting the weak, defending the abused, honoring justice and protecting the liberty of all; no matter their nation, speech, or position.

Today’s Americans in sheer terror of terror itself, will readily give up ANY liberty and submit to any terror of the State in order to prevent being terrorized by terrorists which the State sponsored in the first place.

“Stop harassing people” is the mantra of the wicked and their loyal supporters who want to be left alone as they abuse, export, harass and destroy the rule of law”

God does NOT need our compromise on politics to save liberty. He needs our obedience, our repentance and our action.

“When Christians and patriots stop compromising for what SOUNDS GOOD and start DEFENDING what IS GOOD; our children can have liberty.”

To have peace in our time we must and will defend liberty with boldness and principle. So if you so love the shackles that bind you, If you praise the men who whip you and in the name of God defend the wicked; let him be your judge. Buckle them tighter and may they cut lightly against the ankles of your children. We have warned you, we have tried, our hands are without blood.

“We must admonish each other for our mistakes without hating each other for our differences. — Love your neighbor, stand with liberty.

Nations don’t crumble under the weight of swords. They crumble under the weight of sin.

LaVoy is one of the finest veterans I’ve ever seen. — I refuse to honor the dishonorable, praise uniforms a unit or and emblem. Your faction means nothing to liberty. Your action means everything. Your defense of liberty is what makes you a veteran of freedom. The veterans I honor are those who continually honor oath and defend liberty. The goverment I honor is the one who defends honorable law. The men I honor are those who are honorable. — I do this because God I honor is Yeweah alone.

“Behind every defender of liberty is someone wishing for the day they can pursue their dreams instead of defending those of others and thankful they love their neighbor enough to do it. Be that person.”

“The problem is not “bad laws”; it’s an apathetic people who obey and celebrate those who enforce those false laws at the point of a gun.”

“True law is built on the unchanging rights of human kind. Regulation can only be lawful when designed within the strict confines of those rights. The rest is not law and may be lawfully disobeyed.”

“Cold is the skin of those who have lay dead when veterans, police and and good men fail to defend liberty.”

“Rather than divide on our differences we must unite in our common desire for freedom”

“Until the people change their hearts and stand for liberty, a good leader is derided by the masses as a fool.”

Never let them tell you that by not supporting one tyrant you support another. Refusing to laud those who fail to defend liberty as leaders is not compromise, it is courage.

“The mind of a slave believes that their saftey is protected by the very gang who chains them. How did they turn a great Republic into liberty’s 3rd world slum? — The campaign that conquered us was not an army from across the sea but a dish of fear served on a tray of hate with dash of nationalism then seasoned by indulgence and trinkets that turned rebels into cowering serfs.”

“Better that cowards and fools believe you mad and tyrants curse your name them let them make your mind as theirs; hateful, ignorant and enslaved.”

STOP pretending you have a 2nd amendment when you go to prison for carrying the wrong gun in the wrong place. STOP pretending you have a 1st amendment when police kill us for merely protesting. STOP pretending you have a 4th amendment when you go to prison for building a pond on your land. STOP pretending you are free when you live as a slave; that our oppressors are our deliverers. START being true and compassionate and righteous so you can stand up and take back the rights that have been stolen.

What is wrong with our hearts that we make excuses while others suffer; pretending our inaction and silence is unity and maturity? Are not the ones attacking those standing for justice the enemies of it? Is peace and love treating the bully as the hero, or giving way to the wicked? For fools alone! The wise shout truth unashamed from the rooftops, defending those abused by tyrants and their vassals, with principle, truth and courage.

If your preacher tells you stories of good people opposing the persecutors, traffickers and tyrants of other nations and times, but tells you to OBEY YOUR goverment; he is a prostitute!

Defending your fellow man from abuse is not politics, it’s morality!

People opposing light always want you to sit demurely in a corner while they slander and tear down. When we follow that we only allow it to get worse. Speak.

Please STOP pretending soldiers are fighting for my freedom through illegal wars and enforced tyranny while my friends lie in prisons and graves for actually defending for freedom!

No one hates a GOOD COP more than the blue line. That’s why there are none!

When you support a justice system that keeps people in prison AFTER they have been proven innocent, you are already evil.
