I Stop COP to Lecture Him and he..

Sometimes you need to get out there and do some classical activism.

That happened to me on Friday and what resulted is important. Now apparently the old chief was let go for involved dealing drugs or something. Now one of the most petulant cops I’ve ever dealt with is chief and I decided it was time to have a talk with his new officers about breaking the law.

If you have not seen that first encounter with the now chief, watch it here.

We all need to get out and stand up. We need to have the courage to call out the smallest of abuses in order to restore liberty and set the prisoners free. — Gav

These officers take an oath to the Constitution of the United States and the state Constitution, when they took an oath to the Constitution of the United States that made them a Federal Officer and they only have jurisdiction on Federal Property and the roads are not Federal Property the are public property. That is a violation of their oath and the fine you can file on them is $250,000.00 in a counter claim in a court of record.
As soon as they turn on the red and blue lights you are under arrest, that makes it a false arrest. That is another $250,000.00 fine.
If they search your car without a warrant that is another $250,000.00.

I’m an owner/operator truck driver.
Am very put off by more and more regulations in my industry just for the sake of revinue enhancement!
They sell this money grab under the mis information that it’s all for “safety”.
In truth, our public safety officials are become tax collectors.
I know several owner/operators that have been regulated out of the industry!
I’m speaking of all the new “DOT” inspectors working on the states’ behalf just to collect revinue from inspection citations!
I’m tempted to claim the 5th amendment on an inspection to see where it goes
My belief is that if I help them inspect my truck, and they cite me, I actually would be helping them to incriminate me.
I have the right to not self incriminate!
What is your thought??
Thanks, John
