Obey Government. That’s what the bible says… Right?

Rights come from God. — Life, liberty and property are the foundations of all lawful law. But America has become a nation who honors (respect, admire, venerate) and obeys the wicked rather than Yahweh, The false doctrine of Romans 13 wearies the spirit of those who love God and their neighbor. Foolish Christians. Who hath deceived you that you should not obey the truth?

Romans is used every day to demand Christians honor and tolerate wicked and lawless government. An idea incongruous will scripture.

“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.”

I used to struggle with this also because the lie has been so commonly used . THEN I read what it says! — The lawless demand we obey government because they are the “higher” power. A false teaching negated by the very next sentence.. “There is no power” (G1849, authority) “but of God”. As such no man can exist in lawful AUTHORITY with actions in defiance to God. The passage makes this beautifully clear when read as it is written.

The Greek interlinear and Strongs numbers can help us understand fully. Yet Romans 13 self explains when we set aside the lie that has been spread throughout history. The ONLY higher authority in the passage is God. Those who are not in submission to his AUTHORITY receive damnation. The verses have nothing to do with obeying a tyranny and everything to do with obeying God’s law. This was understood at the founding of America when they stood up against England with an appeal to heaven.

To simplify. — When a magistrate acts outside the authority of law he ceases to have any authority. The only lawful authority is God’s authority and there can be no lawful authority except that authority; those who resist this resist God and will be judged.

We call a judge or legislators ruling “law”. Yet Jesus and his apostles violated the rulings of men and magistrates regularly. The laws of God they obeyed. We say, obey the laws of the land, but do not understand that “laws” of the land must comport with God’s natural law.  — So many have been blinded by false teachings because of a deep rooted lie, popular because it protects wicked government and gives the apathetic believer give an excuse to ignore all abuse, from civil injustice to the murdering of babies. Abortion could never be “lawful” should the world be undone. — It is impossible for rules of man to be LAW when they defy the law of God.

To call evil LAW is to call God EVIL!

1 Peter 2:13 and Titus 3:1 is also used to say we should obey every act of government. A foolish idea since neither Christ nor the Apostles did this. They defied governments, eluded police and opposed evil rulers. The key was that they did so under God’s guidance with principle and as peace makers. These passages speak of natural (God’s) law and being “lawful” men. YES we should indeed obey government when they represent real laws created by God (thou shalt not murder), but no lawful authority can exists expect that which God created.

YES there is a time for the Christian to suffer abuse and even death for his name. And there is a time to step up and defend the innocent against evil. To love our neighbor by delivering them from the thief at the door. For the apostles, it was not time to revolt utterly. The founding fathers felt it was time. What do we feel? This must be a matter of the spirit and unless we are in the spirit we will act as fools.

In Peter “Ordinance” is clarified with the reading the Greek which shows its’ meaning of “Original formation, G2937”. The passage refers to fundamental laws of nature and God for society. The original foundations, life, liberty and property. Not rules such as “wear your seat belt” or “give us your guns” but instead.. “let us not suffer as a murderer, or thief, or evildoer.. (1 Peter 4:15). That is law.

John Locke’s work on law was key how the Founding of American law. — “Whereever law ends, tyranny begins, if the law be transgressed to another’s harm; and whosoever in authority exceeds the power given him by the law, and makes use of the force he has under his command, to compass that upon the subject, which the law allows not, ceases in that to be a magistrate; and, acting without authority, may be opposed, as any other man, who by force invades the right of another.” — John Locke

The above is a key foundation to civil authority. In America the excuses to not oppose evil make even less sense. The law is actually our rights as outlines in our Constitutions. Even my civil law American government is in fact acting as criminals. We are bound to oppose them not only by moral law but by the law of land.

“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” Matthew 6:24

Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God!

The wicked follow Satan, Christians follow Christ. — Rebellion is no vice when done in humility and obedience. It must tempered with righteousness and wisdom. Which leaves the hard question. WHEN do we defend by force? We can see we must always oppose what defies God; but vengeance is the lords and we should not seek to live by the sword. Yet Christ told his apostles to arm themselves. A conqueror lives by the sword. A Christian seeks peace. But sometimes peace requites defense. Self defense is a biblical principle, but when?

I’ve learned when faced with the situation of being abused, taking a stand, or defending my neighbor, the righteous choice becomes clear providing we are seeking Christ, rather than doctrines of men as excuse for inaction. I have defied government on various counts and in the most dire of them the choice was the clear. So we seek first the kingdom of God and ask for wisdom which he loves to give us.

I don’t say by these passages that one should resist every unlawful act at all material times. Balance this with the fact that Jesus had Peter pay the tax and that many Christians chose to speak out against evil while night physically fighting against it. Today I am simply taking away your excuse for silence and inaction in the face of evil. Jesus said, be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. We must pick our battles.

Seek peace and love your neighbor; at times this may require an act of defense; that should be led of the spirit, not the flesh. Defend the weak, the featherless as we are commanded in Proverbs 31:8 and Psalm 24:11. To defend justice is the duty of every Christian. HOW to defend it in each instance is guided by the spirit in those who know God. Saying a silent prayer and walking away is not action. Jesus was a peace maker when he drove the corrupt from the temple with whips. Our savior was so politically hated that they murdered him. Praise God that he is risen.

If we honor the evil of tyrants and their law we are resisting God’s authority and word. Which leaves the inescapable conclusion. — To give honor to tyrants is treason against the King of Kings.

2000+ Armed Patriots Defy Felony Gun Restriction.

2000+ Armed Patriots Defy Felony Gun Restriction.

Update 1 Year Later: Today marks the anniversary of the day more than 2000 patriots came ARMED to the State Capital and defied felony gun restrictions in front of the world.

We disobeyed that lawless law and than 700 signed the Declaration of Affirmation. More events followed; not protests, but principled defiance into to Oregon and beyond. A year later, despite naysayers and failed lawsuits from weak kneed gun groups, i594 has not been enforced and there have been no arrests as it is openly ignored by those with the principle to stand for liberty. We showed the world that our rights do not come from legislators, but from God.

The fight is far from over. Today is a reminder for us to appeal to heaven; to stand UNITED in principled defiance for liberty. We nee to stop hating and start loving our neighbor. We need to unite. We Stand. — Gavin Seim 12/13/15

12/13/14 a shot heard round the world. Without a shot fired!

by Gav Seim: For years people have been talking about nullification. Today the world is talking, the tyrants are reeling and most politicians don’t even know what to say as they sit in slack jawed silence. It’s day for the history books. Because despite the millions spent by tyrants, one of the most lawless anti-gun bills in American history, i594, is DEAD! Defeated with a few thousand dollars and the principled rag tag, gun toting patriots who stood up and said NO MORE!

Here’s what you need to know: i594 is NOT law. It is legally void and has been legally nullified! You don’t need to obey it. The action that has been talked about by liberty groups for years, was taken on by brave patriots from all over America on Saturday. By God’s grace and bold liberty, we had victory here! We got on our knees and we stood bold on our feet. Not a single shot fired, nor a piece of litter left on the ground.

How it Happened?

The day i594 passed the vote, I announced the I Will Not Comply Rally, to complete what I had I talked about in this video a month before. Thanks to a great team of people like the Bosworth’s, Kit Lange, and many others, patriots united. We did it without permits, judges, negotiations or political favors.

The key was liberty, principle and resolve. We would not even waver to comply with the normally required permit to hold this rally at the capital. Most gun groups refused to stand with us because we would not play political games, some openly opposed us, but to their shame the people stood anyways. They came from all over America because we were finally making a real stand, instead of playing politics.

We showed the world that the collective has no authority to vote away the rights of the individual. We are done negotiating for our nights.

How was it nullified?

Nullification of bad law means to render impotent, void or powerless. You know those laws about chewing gum on Sunday or holding hands in public? They are null and void, even if still on the books. That’s what we did here. We still look to our legislators to remove it. In fact we have empowered them to do so and some of them even stood with us. I can’t say how proud I am of my team who helped make this rally happen and the people who stood with us in person, with donations and with prayers.

When 594 passed, we did not wait. Using momentum instead of playing politics, we won a victory for liberty that can be duplicated all over and used to end lawless law. Act swiftly — Let me stand with ten principled for liberty, than a thousand who bow to tyranny and lick the boots of tyrants.

The Lewis County prosecutor and Sheriff just said they would NOT ARREST OR CHARGE people for what we did here. This has huge implications, because for any prosecutor to charge an individual after this point, would raise the issue of selective enforcement. Sure they could try and prosecute folks. But now that 594 has been nullified by the people, enforcement is unlikely to work. We the people must disobey lawless law.

This was the largest felony disobedience rally in American history. We traded guns, we bought them, we sold them. We defied tyranny and the officers stood by and upheld their oath. — America just did what has never been done. The media will downplay numbers, they will pretend that the WSP did not act because we were not in violation. We controlled the conversation, not the media.

Cope Reynolds speaking to the patriots joined Sheriff Mack, Mike Vanderboegh, Rep Elizabeth Scott and many others.

Cope Reynolds speaking to the patriots joined Sheriff Mack, Mike Vanderboegh, Rep Elizabeth Scott and many others.

Throughout the day, 2000-3000 came with hundreds more watching live online. We did exactly what we came for and this is just the beginning. We signed the declaration that day and what a beautiful thing all those signatures are.

Where were our National and State gun rights and liberty groups? I’m sad to report they were nowhere to be seen, even though they were openly invited. We did not protest, we violated. We did not ask, we demanded. We the people affirmed liberty and law, right up to the end where lawless concealed carry permits were thrown into open flames.

Permits, infringements and gun restrictions of all kinds must go. These are not law, they are lawless. It’s not about guns, it’s about liberty and we are taking back our liberty. Do NOT comply, nullify! Stand bold. Stand proud, stand principled.

Should there be Punishment Without Conviction?

Should there be Punishment Without Conviction?

punishment-without-conviction-seimby Gavin Seim: Our society is being taught to accept that one can have life, liberty or property taken by government without having actually committed a crime. That summery rulings of judges or officers, when labeled neatly with the pretense of safety, can override due process.

Is it true? No, and here is why we must resist this lie with absolute authority. The people through their representatives have the right to make laws. But those laws are bound by the principles and force of higher laws like our Constitution.

No jury, no conviction, no conviction, no crime, no crime, no punishment. The framers has a choice words for a leader who dared to deny someone a trial by jury.

“A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.” – The Declaration, 1776

William Blackstone spoke of this a few decades earlier. It’s not a new idea at all. It’s the cornerstone of justice.

“To bereave a man of life, or by violence to confiscate his estate, without accusation or trial, would be so gross and notorious an act of despotism, as must at once convey the alarm of tyranny throughout the whole kingdom;”

Some governments would have us believe that if a man is not convicted of a crime (as in a civil case), he or she can still be punished as having committed a crime. That due process is what they define it and therefore a one may be imprisoned, separated from their family, or deprived of their property, or denied rights, simply because the State says it is necessary or labels it something other than crime.

This is happening in your communities and you can likely think of such a case in recent times. A common example is parental rights situations. Where children are stolen away, even though the parent has not been charged or convicted of a crime. This is heinous act of tyranny than can literally be manipulated to give the State total control over how we raise our families.

Punishment Without Conviction is a lie that must be stamped out by all who hold freedom dear and those tyrants who affirm it must be removed from office. These actions are an alarm of tyranny on the highest level. They are synonymous with prison camps, summery executions and dictatorship. They not only violate our fundamental God given rights, but our Supreme law.

We must remain armed with our Guns. But we must also remain armed with the law of liberty, with moral and just actions and with the principles that made America. We are not the mob, we do not act in anger and fear. We are of liberty. We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal and we do not stand silent if the face of tyranny.

The Constitution “gives” us nothing – It is the law WE the people placed on government to protect liberty and only does so if we enforce it.

Of Guns and Bibles – Saftey in Liberty

I think the safest thing we could do is to put a Bible and a Constitution in EVERY pocket – Then put GUN in the hand of EVERY free American. NO permits, NO background checks, NO registration. Teach EVERY child to use one, encourage EVERY mother to carry one — With a gun in EVERY belt, every criminal, thug and tyrant would think TWICE before they assaulted liberty – While there in every pocket, would be the tools to know what liberty really is.
